"She is more often than not kind, only with Gaston and early scenes with the Beast we get to see this sassy side of her grapheme," she said. "The nearly challenging attribute to develop would have to be her bravery. I myself am not necessarily brave, and then it was challenging to set aside how I would react to the situations Belle is put into and bring her character out."
Johnson, as Gaston, said information technology also tested him to play a character so dissimilar himself.
"The most challenging was trying to brand the grapheme my own," he said.
Lomas' challenge as Madame de la 1000 Bouche was more pragmatic.
"The nearly challenging part is moving around in a big wardrobe costume," she said.
Maggard said the show is a classic musical with all the fairytale favorites, including talking objects, a prince and princess, magic spells and a happily-ever-after.
"The costumes are amazing, and the dance numbers will leave you tapping your toes for more," she said. "The mob song will go out you lot on the edge of your seat, and 'Be Our Guest' can brand anyone feel welcome."
Kelly-Powell agreed that the story and dances are amazing.
"It'south a fantastic production," he said. "Yous will desire to see information technology several times."
Both Johnson and Maggard said learning the dance numbers has been fun.
"We get to bear witness off our characters in a fun and heady way," Maggard said. "It will entertain any audience."
She hopes that audiences are impressed by the cast'south storytelling as well.
"I want them to truly feel as if they just saw Belle, Lumiere and LeFou," she said. "I want them to be enthralled by the show, and if nosotros, as a cast, can leave an audience excited to see more, and then we volition accept succeeded."
Deiri, as Lumiere, agreed.
"I hope the audience buzzes about the corporeality of effort the cast, crew, producer and director have put into the show, and I promise they enjoy anybody'southward characters and songs," he said.
